Corey’s Diary March 19th, 2013: I Need A Major Adjustment

Dear Diary,

I asked Erin Austin for the name of her chiropractor yesterday. Ever since I took a tumble down our stairs at home, I have been all out of whack. I feel stiff all the way up my spine through my neck. I am looking forward to releasing some pressure in my neck. The swelling has gone way down, so I am ready for someone to do some poking and prodding.

I am on the fence about getting a new realtor in Minneapolis. I love the guy we have, but he is dragging his feet about getting back to us and hasn’t sent the contract yet. He was supposed to email the contract we would both sign that states he would rent out our town-home.

I don’t want to wait, we need that place inhabited. Plus, we need to send our old renters their security deposit by the end of this month. Eek. The whole thing makes me want to dump that town-home on the bank. We won’t, we don’t want that hit on our credit. But what a pain….I wish we could sell it, but Minneapolis is one of the slowest markets to turn around.

I am in a space of trying to let go and know that everything happens for a reason…but sometimes that pr0ves to be very hard.
